TEXT: Classical Electrodynamics, 3rd edition John David Jackson. This quarter we will cover chapters 9 through 16

HOMEWORK: Homework should be turned in directly to Daniel Cebra's box. Students are encouraged to discuss the problems with other students in the class, however directly copying solutions is not acceptable. Use of solution sets, either published or copied from previous years, is not acceptable. In general, Monday HW's will be due Monday and Wednesday HW's will be due thrusday at noon.

MIDTERM EXAM: Wednesday May 4th. The exams are closed book and closed note. All work should be shown explicitly - credit will not be given for the final answer alone.

FINAL EXAM: Saturday 11-Jun-05 1:30 to 4:30 PM. Room P/G 416

GRADE DETERMINATION: 25% Homework, 25% Midterm, 50% Final Exam
