STAR Collaboration Meeting - University of California at Davis

As some of you have noted, we have encountered unforeseen housing
demand in Davis. As such, we have secured housing on campus for all those interested.
Campus housing is dormitory housing similar to what we are all accustomed
to at the BNL dorms. To be fair though, Gilmore Hall is quite a bit nicer that the
BNL dorms, and we will have the entire 100 room dorm exclusive to our

The cost of the dormitory housing will be around $380.00 for the duration
of the meeting (seven days), with some discounts for those who arrive a day
late or leave a day early (see pricing below). This cost will include 3 meals/day at the
Segundo Dining Commons as well as access to the ARC recreational facility
and Recreation Pool. The university housing billing will be taken care of
through our local group and will be paid for on the registration web site.
Reservations for the university housing option will need to be made by
Sunday June 8th.

All rooms are Single Occupancy with basic maid service.
