ptspectra.C does 3 things:
1. take the corrected mT-m0 spectra created from corryield.C
2. convert each mT-m0 coordinate to pT
3. generate root files containg the new pT spectra

run this code by typing
	.x ptspectra
(enter the arguments as needed)
