Friends,

From the meeting on 5 January 2002, our friends have come up with the reasons supporting Bodin (Hor Prachoom building) for our reunion. Here they are, with some of my comments:

1. The Big Picture: We will allow friends some time walking around school, chatting with their old friends, before the real party begins. Then, hopefully, we will all stay in the main room and share the evening entertainment as the whole.

Note: I agree. It seems like a very good idea to have registration open way before the party begins, so friends can go around school as much as they want. Then when it gets dark, we come to Hor Prachoom and enjoy the evening together.

2. Getting there and Parking: Everybody knows where Bodin is. And Bodin also has plenty parking spaces. So that shouldn't be a concern.

Note: Sure, Bodin beats any place in term of travel. Totally agree.

3. Prices: The cost is a big concern. The cheaper the admission fee, the more people we will have.

Note: Even though I believe the cost will be reasonable if held at a hotel, I'm sure Bodin will still be cheaper. So money-wise, Bodin will probably be a good choice.

4. Food: We can order food from restaurant and let them take care of it.

Note: We then will have to make sure we have enough food. I'm sure I worry too much about it. It's going to be fine.

5. Activities: Bodin can provide adequate equipments. All the multimedia stuff, the stage is there,We can hire janitors to help clean up afterwards; so we should not worry.

Note: Sounds good. Video equipments from Multimedia room (Hong Sode) seem very convenient, but we are going to need to arrange this with the school quickly.

Thank you for your input everyone! They are very good ideas. We are almost ready to get things going.
