*Since we now have Representatives, some invitation/confirmation/money collecting responsibilities will go to these Classroom reps.*
*But Communications team will still take reservations. So if you want to come to the reunion, other than your classroom reps, you can also give Communications people a call.*
*Also, the Finance team will still help the Secretary on the money issues.*

01. Secretary: This is the main contact person, you should call the Secretary if you have any questions. Secretary will also be the one who keeps the list of those who are coming.

02. Treasurer: The Treasurer handles money, keeps track of how the money is spent and all the costs regarding the reunion. Committee members should report all the costs to the Treasurer, no matter how trivial, so they can be reimbursed.

03. Finance: The Finance team will assist the Treasurer in all money matters, these include collecting admission fees, and perhaps finding sponsors.

04. Communications: Communications people will work the hardest at the beginning. They will publicize the event, contact friends, and send out invitations. If you want to come to the reunion, contact one of them. The Communications team will keep the Secretary updated on this guest list.

05. Facility: This team will talk to the school, reserve the place, check the food/beverage arrangements.

06. Entertainment/Activities: This team will be responsible for activities on the day of the reunion, this includes music, awards, games, presentations, etc. They and Decor/Designs team will put together their creative effort to make the reunion memorable for all.

07. Decorations/Designs: This team will make sure that the room, tables, stage are set up and decorated. They will also design the admission tickets, and think of the theme of the reunion. They will work closely with Entertainment team.

08. Photographers: They will take photos of attendees, at the reception desk and inside the reunion mainroom. The photos will be put up on the web for friends to view.

09. Disc Jockey: The DJ is responsible for the background music. The DJ will prepare the music CD's and tapes, prior to the event. Everyone is encouraged to bring your favorite songs for the DJ to play.

10. Musicians: This is our band for the night. They will keep us entertained. Dancing is encouraged!

11. Videographer: The Videographer will videotape the event. The videotapes may be available for purchase after the reunion or we may put the video clips on the CD-Rom.

12. General Crew: Last but not least, the all-purpose team! This Crew will help keep the reunion running smoothly.
