How to fix boundingbox of encapsulated postscript (eps) files

when an eps file is funky because it either has no bounding box setting,
or has an invalid one, this is how to fix them.

1. view file by ghostview
	gv file.eps &

2. open the file by pico
	pico file.eps

3. look for a line with something like
	%%BoundingBox: 30 140 570 695

4. the order of the numbers is x_lo y_lo x_hi y_hi. using pico, change
them around, save the file, and click 'Redisplay' in gv to view the 
result.
