Abstract:
We have installed a temperature monitoring system on the TPC to diagnose
potential cooling (or heating) problems before any damage is done to the
TPC electronics (or in extreme cases, damage to the TPC itself). This
system monitors the sector mounting wheels and FEE/RDO cooling manifolds.
The temperature measurements are available for Slow Controls and on the
Web at http://tpctemp.star.bnl.gov.
