Description

Daniel Cebra Coach Organize team, Run practices, Set line-ups for games, worries alot.
Mark Ross Assistant Coach Helps out at practices, this allows the team to be broken in smaller groups. Run practices and games on dates when coach is not available.
Mark Mitchell Assistant Referee The region requires each team to have two assistant refs. These assistant serve as a line judges, and help the referee.
Christy Frenszel Assistant Referee The region requires each team to have two assistant refs. These assistant serve as a line judges, and help the referee.
Sian Whittaker Field Preparation The region requires each team to have one volunteer give approximately two hours on some Friday evening during the season.
Lisa Babcock Team Party Coordinator Organizes the end of season party or other parties. Also takes care of end of season medals/trophies for the boys.
Marable Transportation coordinator Will aid in forming car pools for practices and games. And will make sure that all parents know where the next week's game will be played. First Challenge is this Saturday. Next Challenge is the game in Woodland. Final Challenge will be the tournament games.

Phone Tree Coordinator
Designs and coordinates the the team phone tree. This will distribute the load when we need to get a message out fast. You will be the person that the Coach calls first.
Lorri Lovett-Gill Picture Coordinator Helps to make sure that the players know about the time and place (and timely attendance) for picture day. Distributes the pictures to the families at the end of the season.
Sara Mitchell Snack Coordinator Arranges for water (or gatoraide), half time snacks, and after game snacks - I would like the snack coordinator to cover the first game (setting a good example) and to delegate the responsibilty to one family for each game (including the regional tournament dates). And to remind the next week's family.
Michael Wilkes Goal Coordinator Arranges for the goal set-up (for first games of the day) or take-down (for last game). One person alone can not do this task. A step stool really helps for this job. This person must arrive at least 30 minutes before the game to gets the nets up in a timely manner.

Ginger Herman First Aid Coordinator Brings a first aid kit and a supply of ice to each game. It would not hurt to least have a first aid kit at practices as well.
Salvador Medina Newspaper Contact The Davis Enterprise prints short summaries of AYSO games. Results can be dropped off at the Oak tree, FAXed, eMailed, or dropped off at the Enterprise.
